About the Role
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their needs and inquiries
- Operate Quickbooks Desktop to reconcile books, complete payrolls and other related reports
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Preparation of Sales Tax Filings
- Preparation of Individual Income Tax Filings
Requirements
1+ year experience using QuickBooks Desktop for monthly reconciliations
Knowledge of basic math skills for calculations
Ability to get to work in a timely fashion for part time in a week
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
